Aug 27, 2025 | Retail Assist Changes implemented

A heads-up from Retail Assist regarding the important changes to be implemented this evening.
 

27th of August: Network Change

• There will be a small network change to update network configuration on our DC1 servers from 22:00 till 23:00, there could be a brief disconnect during this time however we will move traffic over to mitigate any downtime during the change window.

  If there are any issues picked up before or after this update please inform us immediately with supporting screenshots/videos.
