A heads-up from Retail Assist regarding the important updates they will be making to the systems.
29th of July: Firewall update From 10:00 PM until 23:00
3rd of August: Windows OS Patching From 10:00 PM until 23:00
They we will do their best not to impact production and trade. Slight impact is expected during the change window. However if there are any issues picked up before or after this update please inform us immediately with supporting screenshots/videos.
Hint: Card payments not processing/ errors during card transactions etc
