A heads-up from Retail Assist regarding the important updates they will be making to the systems. 

11^th of August 2025: Payment Server update From  from 22:00 till 00:00 

13^th of August 2025: Network change From 22:00 till 23:00

They we will do their best not to impact production and trade. Slight impact is expected during the change window. However if there are any issues picked up before or after this update please inform us immediately with supporting screenshots/videos. 

Hint: Card payments not processing/ errors during card transactions etc
