NOTE: 

SHOP2SHOP CARDS ARE RELEASED TO A SELECTED NUMBER OF TRADERS. BELOW ARE THE PROCESSES THAT WE CAN SHARE WITH THE TRADERS:

A SHOP2SHOP CARD CAN ONLY BE LINKED TO ONE SHOP2SHOP ACCOUNT AT A TIME. YOU CAN LINK MULTIPLE CARDS TO YOUR SHOP2SHOP APP.

ONCE A CARD IS DELINKED, ITS TRANSACTION HISTORY WILL NO LONGER BE ACCESSIBLE.

1. How to Link Your Shop2Shop Card:

• Log in to the Shop2Shop Mobile App.
• Tap on the Menu icon.
• Select My Cards.
• Tap Add New Card.
• Scan the card’s QR code.
• Assign a name to your card.
• Set a 4-digit PIN and tap Add.
• Set a card spending limit.
   

2. How to Top Up Your Shop2Shop Card:

Once the card is successfully linked, your Shop2Shop account balance will automatically sync with the card.

3. How to Delink a Shop2Shop Card

• Log in to the Shop2Shop Mobile App.
• Tap the Menu icon.
• Select My Cards.
• Tap the card you want to remove.
• Tap the bin icon (top right corner).
• Confirm by tapping Delete.

4. How to View Card Transaction History:

• Log in to the Shop2Shop Mobile App.
• Tap the Menu icon.
• Select My Cards.
• Tap the card you wish to view.
• Tap the document icon (next to the bin) to view the transaction history.

5. Common Reasons for 'Failed to Add Card' Errors:

• Please add a primary address. Ensure your account has a valid, updated address.
• Transaction declined (Restricted card)": Your account may be restricted. Please restart the transaction.
• Please upload your security identity document and selfie.": KYC verification is required.
• Card already linked": This card is currently linked to another account.
• Transaction declined (Incorrect Identification Number)": Ensure your ID number is correct. Note that once a card is delinked, no payments can be processed from it, as funds are tied to the Shop2Shop account.
