1. Downloading Shop2Shop App

• The Shop2Shop App is available for download on the App Store and Google Play Store

• Search for “SHOP2SHOP”, and continue to download the App to your device

• Click on the link to download the latest Shop2Shop App: https://www.shop2shop.co.za/

Follow the below steps to register your Shop2Shop user account

NOTE: Use your Correct SHOP NAME and CELL PHONE NUMBER

When the email of the primary account holder needs to be changed - A new shop does not need to be registered

1. Ensure the photo and ID or passport number is clear. The following documents can be used:

South African Greenbook or Smart ID | Passport | Asylum Permit | Refugee Permits | Refugee ID

2. Selfie Requirements:

Make sure your entire face is visible | Make sure the photo is clear and well lit

To re-submit documents, send with shop code to KYC Support WhatsApp 072 126 6548
